Mixtures are designed in our quality control laboratory with the exact amounts of the best materials in order to meet the different needs of our clients. Produced with consistency, the mixtures are scrupulously verified with certified accreditations in accordance with official institutions by our duly trained technical team.

In our quality control laboratory our technicians carry out all necessary analyses of raw materials, fresh concrete and test cylinders that are subjected to compression with high technology equipment to confirm compliance of resistances. As a result, at all times our clients can have full trust in the quality and service that our company has always offered.

We produce a wide range of concretes: structural, antibacterial, marine, with early (fast) resistance, rupture models, fluid-fill, high resistance, light, cellular, self-compacting, architectural, reduced shrinkage, cast, heavy, etc.

Concrete Pumping Service
In LACOSA we complement the concrete supply by reducing its placement time thanks to our pump service which, with our fleet of stationary and telescopic pumps, enables us to offer a greater supply quality in accordance with the needs of each site and its surroundings. We also have mixing units with fitted jib, a feature not offered by all manufacturers.

Placement of Industrial and Decorative Floors
After analyzing the market and derived from the need to provide our clients with a service of placement and embossment of floors, in 2001 we created our Floor and Embossing Division. The main objective is to deliver a high quality finished hydraulic concrete floor with the backing of the Comprehensive Guarantee offered by Latinoamericana de Concretos.

Due to existing market demand, in 2005 this constantly growing division registered a total invoice of 270,000 m2 of polished concrete industrial floors for industrial bays, distribution centers, supermarkets, sports grounds, department stores and residences, as well as embossed concrete surfaces for parks, homes, schools, residential neighborhoods and shopping malls and embossed paving of streets and hydraulic concrete surfaces for roads in urban areas, industrial zones, operating yards and parking lots.
